Mr. Macey is an associate in our Chicago, Illinois office. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida in 2005.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College in 1999 with a double major in Finance and Marketing.

During law school, Mr. Macey participated on the University of Miami Business Law Review, was champion of the first year Moot Court competition, and was recognized for his outstanding performance in the classroom. Mr. Macey also attended the University College London during the summer of 2003 where he studied Transnational Litigation and Global Lawyering.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Macey worked for an international internet marketing company as an Account Executive and Program Manager where he had primary responsibility for the implementation of marketing campaigns on behalf of corporate clientele.

Mr. Macey’s practice consists of defending both first and third party claims involving construction, personal injury, premises liability, insurance coverage, workers’ compensation, employer’s liability, liquor liability, professional negligence and motor vehicle liability.

Mr. Macey is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
