During law school, Mr. Reinkall was a teacher for the Chicago Public School System and clerked at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. Additionally, Mr. Reinkall performed research and analysis for the publication Genetic Testing in the Workplace: 2001 Update for the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law; Committee on Employment Rights and Responsibilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reinkall specialized in professional defense litigation where he has represented insurance brokers, physicians, medical personnel, and hospitals. He also has experience in insurance-related issues such as policy exclusions, premiums, regulatory matters, and excess coverage.
Mr. Reinkall has served on the Defense Research Institute’s Lawyer’s Professionalism and Ethics Committee.
