Mr. Ginley has expertise in defending first and third party actions involving construction with verdict values in the multi-million dollar range. He has represented the owner, construction manager, and all of the contractors in numerous personal injury claims arising from the Midway Airport Reconstruction Project. Mr. Ginley’s practice also includes the defense of employment practices liability, product liability, premises liability, and motor vehicle liability claims.
