Mr. Schmidt’s practice is concentrated in the defense of employers in workers’ compensation matters. He has extensive workers’ compensation trial experience, and has tried and argued numerous cases on behalf of employers throughout the State of Illinois. Mr. Schmidt has spoken at many seminars for employers and insurance carriers with respect to workers’ compensation issues. He also has experience in general civil litigation matters involving personal injury claims.
