  • Michael J. Progar and Ryan and Danahey will be members of the faculty at the upcoming seminar Guide to Human Resource Laws in the Workplace. The seminar will take place in Chicago on December 5 and 6, 2017. Mr. Progar's two topics for the seminar will be FMLA and Other Leave Issues and Workers' Compensation Basics.   • Michael J. Progar was a member of the faculty that presented a seminar on Avoiding HR Legal Landmines on September 27, 2017 in Naperville, Illinois. Mr. Progar's topic for the seminar was Discrimination and Harassment Pitfalls. The seminar was presented for an audience of corporate HR personnel and attorneys.

  • On August 11, 2017, Michael J. Progar presented the continuing legal education course Unmanned Aerial Vehicles: Civil and Criminal Liability for the Indiana State Bar Association.
