Mr. Martin specializes in the defense of employers in workers' compensation and third party matters. He has extensive workers' compensation trial experience, and has tried and argued numerous cases on behalf of employers throughout the State of Illinois. Mr. Martin has also presented many seminars to employers and insurance carriers with respect to workers' compensation and third party issues. His clients include insurance carriers, self-insureds, and third party administrators. He has served on the faculty of Illinois Central College.
