Directors and Officers Liability

We defend directors, officers and boards of directors, primarily for condominiums and co-operatives, in a variety of claims. The matters range from shareholder derivative actions to suits alleging voting improprieties, to conflicts over parking space assignments. Because of the nature of the suits, typically involving individuals who are neighbors, we work closely with the directors and officers involved, with an eye toward defusing what may have become a personally acrimonious situation between litigants.
