Insurance Coverage, Excess Liability & Bad Faith

We have represented insurers in coverage and declaratory judgment litigation on a wide range of issues. We have served several insurers as regional counsel for environmental coverage litigation. We also represent insurers in declaratory judgment litigation arising out of "care, custody and control," "business risk" and "intentional acts" exclusions, among many others. We regularly provide written coverage opinions regarding a myriad of coverage issues and, when requested, provide draft reservation of rights letters.

We have been retained by excess carriers to analyze, evaluate and resolve excess claims. Resolution can involve simple case monitoring, filing declaratory actions or prosecuting bad faith claims.
